Terms of Service

• You must be 18 years or older. Underage accounts are banned permanently and reported where required by law.
• You must use your real identity. Impersonation, deepfakes, and AI-generated faces are grounds for an instant ban.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts are removed.
• Available to residents of India only at this time.

In line with Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT Rules, 2021, you will not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any content that:

• Is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, or sexually explicit (Sections 67, 67A, 67B of the IT Act, 2000).
• Is harmful to a child, or harms the dignity of any person on the basis of caste, religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, or region.
• Is defamatory, threatening, harassing, deceives or misleads, impersonates another person, or relates to or encourages money laundering or gambling.
• Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary right.
• Promotes terrorism, violence, hatred, or violates any law in force.
• Solicits money, gifts, or sexual services in exchange for contact.
• Uses bots, scrapers, or automation to interact with the app.
• Promotes competing platforms or shares external contact details in profiles or chats.

Coins are an in-app virtual item used exclusively for actions inside Lovaia.app. 1 coin = ₹1. Coins are not legal tender, are not redeemable for cash by purchasers, cannot be resold or transferred between users, and have no value outside the platform.

Top-ups on web and Android are processed by PayU (an RBI-licensed payment aggregator). Top-ups on iOS are processed exclusively through Apple's In-App Purchase, in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines.

All sales are final — coins are non-refundable except where required by Indian consumer law (e.g. failed delivery or duplicate charge). Female users may withdraw rewarded coins after successful KYC, subject to a 500-coin minimum, applicable TDS, and Lovaia's published platform fee.

You own your photos and content. By uploading, you grant Lovaia.app a limited, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, and moderate your content inside the app for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your content for advertising or sell it to third parties.

We may suspend or ban any account that violates these terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law — with or without notice — and may withhold any coin balance involved in the violation. You can delete your own account at any time; see our Delete Account FAQ.

In accordance with the IT Act, 2000 and the IT Rules, 2021, complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
