Coins Policy

Coins are Lovaia.app's in-app virtual item. 1 coin = ₹1 for purchase purposes. Coins are not legal tender, are not securities, cannot be resold, transferred between users, or redeemed for cash by purchasers, and have no value outside the platform. They fund every paid action — voice calls, video calls, premium messages, super likes, gifts, profile boosts, and live room participation.

Web & Android: Top-ups are processed by PayU — an RBI-licensed Payment Aggregator — using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or wallets. Server-side SHA-512 hash verification protects every transaction from tampering. We never store your card or UPI credentials.

iOS: In line with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines, all coin top-ups on iPhone and iPad are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase. Refunds on iOS are subject to Apple's refund policy.

Top-ups are credited instantly. GST is charged where applicable.

Female users receive call rewards for:

• Audio calls received: +1 coin/min
• Video calls received: +2.5 coins/min
• Replies to paid DMs: +1 coin/message
• Gifts received in DM: full amount
• Hosting live rooms: 60% of room revenue

Rewards are given for conversation, companionship, and entertainment only. Soliciting or exchanging money for sexual services is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban and report to authorities. Rewards are private — never visible to other users or the public.

To withdraw, you must:

• Complete KYC verification (PAN + Aadhaar OTP via an RBI-authorised KYC provider).
• Have a minimum balance of 500 coins (₹500).
• Add a verified UPI ID or bank account in your own name (matching PAN).

Withdrawals are processed within 24–48 hours on business days. Lovaia retains its published platform fee, and TDS is deducted as required under Section 194-O / 194-R of the Income Tax Act. A Form 16A is issued at the end of each financial year.

Coin top-ups are final and non-refundable, except where required by Indian consumer law. If you were wrongly charged (duplicate transaction, failed delivery, etc.), email billing@lovaia.app within 7 days with your transaction ID. iOS purchases must be refunded through Apple.

Any attempt to manipulate the coin economy — fake rewards, chargebacks after spending, multiple accounts to farm bonuses, money laundering, or coin-for-cash trading outside the platform — results in permanent ban, forfeiture of all coins, and where applicable a report to the bank, payment aggregator, and law enforcement.
